Length Range: 20-30 µm
Width Range: 2.5-3.0 µm
Striae in 10 µm: Striae not visible with LM
Valves lanceolate, with more or less parallel sides, and a gradual tapering to the apices. Apices rounded. Striae are not visible with LM, fibulae number 12-15 in 10 µm.
